This new web application, executed through the brandmechanics.com website, is used to keep track of staff members' attitudes towards the company's agreed vision and goals.
Anonymous log-ins and a set deadline ensure candid and prompt responses. The application also tracks the participants by knowledge and involvement, and generates a segmentation study to diagnose and quantify those who are "on board" with the company's strategy and goals, and those needing further alignment.
