This new web application, executed through the brandmechanics.com website, is used to keep track of staff members' attitudes towards the company's agreed vision and goals.

Anonymous log-ins and a set deadline ensure candid and prompt responses. The application also tracks the participants by knowledge and involvement, and generates a segmentation study to diagnose and quantify those who are "on board" with the company's strategy and goals, and those needing further alignment.

(For optimal effectiveness, we recommend that a CompanyPulse™ is undertaken quarterly.)

Deliverable:

Metrics of the staff's feelings about and commitment towards the company's goals in a detailed report that includes verbatim "color". (Premium version includes presentation.)
